Policies



Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Out of respect for our service providers as well as clients who are on
 our waitlist, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service total. No shows
       will be charged 100%.  
Late Arrival Policy:
We will always do our best to fit you in if you are late, however your service will have to be shortened without a reduction in price. If time no longer allows for your provider to perform the service, we will need to reschedule it and you will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed service.
Product Return Policy:
All product sales are final. 
If you are unsure about a product purchase or are prone to allergic reactions, we are happy to give you a sample to try before you buy, just let us know.
